Job Description

Data Analyst, Human Trafficking Victim Services Department, Monday-Friday 8am-4pm The Center for Prevention of Abuse (CFPA) is seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a Data Analyst in our Human Trafficking Victim Services Department. Our mission at CFPA is to help all people live free from violence and abuse, and the Data Anaylst position is essential in helping to bring that mission to life. The Data Analyst is responsible for providing expertise in client services and program evaluation to strengthen and enhance data systems supporting human trafficking programs, including: implementing and maintaining a comprehensive data tracking system that captures detailed demographic information, service outcomes, and geographic trends. Additionally, the Data Analyst maintains full compliance by monitoring, auditing, and reporting on data systems including data collection, entry, and quality, as well as service documentation and performance metrics, across multiple funders and programs. The Data Analysis will also generate routine progress reports and customized reports to support program management, assess performance, and respond to information requests. They will share anonymized data and key findings with internal teams, partners, and funders to inform service delivery, training initiatives, prevention strategies, and policy development. In addition, develop internal reports analyzing staff and program performance for supervisors and managers. A bachelor's degree is preferred, in relevant field, and/or equivalent years of experience. Proficiency in using spreadsheet applications, database administration systems, and InfoNet, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail, and MS Office applications, is required. Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills and attention to detail is required, along with passion for working with complex data and solving challenging problems, ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across all programs, and attention to detail and timelines, with ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines. Must be passionate about CFPA's mission, work well independently and as a team, demonstrate non-abusive behavior in both public and professional life, and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
