Service Advisor

Service Advisor Peru, IL Hawk Auto is a dynamic and rapidly growing automotive group with multiple dealership locations across Illinois. Our Hawk Auto Peru location represents Chevrolet, Nissan, and Mercedes-Benz , giving our service department a diverse mix of domestic, import, and luxury vehicles. We are currently seeking an experienced, professional, and motivated Service Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service and communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Consult and interpret customer needs for the technicians Utilize exemplary customer service and sales skills to drive sales Serve as the primary point of contact for all automotive service and repair matters Understand customers' problems and arrange for appropriate service Prioritize required services, and offer options Set and manage the expectations of the service delivery for both the customers and technicians Continuously keep the customer updated on repair needs and completion times

Job Requirements:

2+ years of dealership Service Advisor experience is preferred. CDK proficiency preferred Exemplary customer service skills and sales skills are a must Phenomenal follow-up skills Able to work in a high volume environment and multi-task High energy and positive attitude Professional personal appearance Time management skills needed Must be organized
