Greet customers warmly and address their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and efficient mannerProcess orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policiesMaintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customersCollaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and ensure customer satisfactionHandle customer complaints with empathy and work towards positive resolutionsMaintain a clean and organized work environmentAssist in various administrative tasks as neededAdapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced settingParticipate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skillsQualificationsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanorAbility to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situationsProven multitasking abilities and efficient time management skillsProblem-solving skills with a customer-focused approachBasic computer skills, including proficiency in data entry and use of customer service softwareAttention to detail and accuracy in all tasksFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekendsHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious customer service experience preferred, but not requiredAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
