Duties Greet customers in person at the front desk with a warm, professional demeanor, providing exceptional customer support Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously Handle data entry tasks using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Assist with office management responsibilities such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing appointments or schedules Support administrative functions including calendar management, appointment setting, and basic bookkeeping Provide bilingual support to serve a diverse customer base effectively Maintain excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information promptly Qualifications Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred; experience as a dental or medical receptionist is a plus Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Strong typing skills with high accuracy; familiarity with proofreading is advantageous Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while prioritizing tasks efficiently Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to enhance communication with diverse clients Knowledge of office management tools such as front desk procedures, multi-line phone systems, and basic bookkeeping Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional service!
