Client Service Representative (CSR) — Veterinary Receptionist Chessie Lane Animal Clinic | Ottawa, Illinois Looking for a job where you actually want to come to work? At Chessie Lane Animal Hospital we're more than a vet clinic, we're a team of animal lovers, problem-solvers, snack-bringers, chaos coordinators, and professional pet-hype people. We're looking for a Client Service Representative (CSR) full- time position, who can keep the front desk running smoothly while making every pet parent feel welcome, heard and cared for. If you love animals, thrive in a fast-paced environment and can multitask without losing your cool, you might fit right in here.
What You'll Actually Be Doing:
Greeting pets and their humans like VIPs Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and keeping the day on track Helping pet parents with questions, check-ins, payments and updates Managing records, messages and all the little details that keep the clinic running smoothly Supporting the medical team so appointments flow efficiently Keeping calm during busy moments and helping stressed pets (and humans) feel comfortable Being the friendly face people remember when they walk through the door You'd Be a
