Job DescriptionDomino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 139 Illini Blvd location in Sherman, United States. As a key member of our front-line staff, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience with every interaction.

Greet customers warmly and take food orders accurately, both in-person and over the phoneProcess payments and handle cash transactions efficientlyRespond to customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a friendly and professional mannerCollaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy and timely deliveryMaintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standardsAssist in preparing food items as needed during busy periodsHandle multiple tasks simultaneously during peak hoursContribute to a positive team environment and support coworkersParticipate in promotional activities and upselling initiativesAdapt to changing customer needs and company policies with flexibilityQualificationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic demeanorAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentProven multitasking abilities and attention to detailBasic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systemsTeam player with a positive attitude and willingness to learnProblem-solving skills to address customer concerns effectivelyFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPrevious customer service experience preferred, but not requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Must be at least {AGE} years of age
