Job Overview The position is a full time position, Monday
Friday. from 9am-5pm Must be proficient in the following areas: English (read/write)

Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product information.
Utilize effective phone etiquette to create a positive experience for each caller.
Document interactions accurately in the call center system for future reference.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Handle sales inquiries and assist in closing sales when appropriate.
Support multilingual customers by providing assistance in their preferred language when possible. Qualifications
Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
Proficient in phone etiquette with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Ability to analyze information quickly and make sound decisions based on customer needs.
Experience with outbound calling is desirable but not mandatory.
A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service and support.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
