Here is what you can expect:

Responsibilities:

Handle quoting, endorsements, certificates, and identify gaps in coverage and consult with producer as needed. Support the renewal process for all assigned and prospective clients. Help grow the assigned book of business through account rounding and referrals. Efficiently manage a high volume of incoming calls. Identify and assess client needs to ensure satisfaction. Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and process accounts accordingly. Skills for

Pay:

$35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
