Required Education:

High School DiplomaRequired Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• Minimum of 2 Years' work experience relating to sales, sales promotions, installation, and communications.
• Experience working with ERP or enterprise systems
• Experience working in high-volume, detail-oriented environments
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

• Experience with SAP and/or Salesforce
• Medical device or healthcare industry experience
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Provides customer service support related to sales, sales promotions, installations, and customer communications
• Maintains strong customer relationships and ensures a positive customer experience
• Handles customer claims and complaints fairly, effectively, and in compliance with applicable consumer laws
• Develops and supports organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers
• Creates and implements improvement plans based on customer survey feedback and insights
• Applies knowledge gained through experience, specialized education, or formal training
• Works within clearly defined procedures, tasks, and guidelines to support effective decision-making
• Demonstrates a basic understanding of work routines and procedures within the assigned discipline
• Follows well-defined technical procedures and standardized operating processes
• Manages a variety of routine tasks within established workflows
