Position Overview The Customer Happiness Associate is responsible for creating a positive, welcoming experience for every guest while maintaining operational excellence on site. This role combines customer service, quality assurance, teamwork, and site presentation. Key Responsibilities Greet every customer with professionalism and a genuine smile Engage customers in conversation to ensure satisfaction and answer questions Educate customers on wash packages and memberships Maintain cleanliness of the site, tunnel entrance, and surrounding areas Monitor customer experience to ensure quality standards are met Work closely with team members to maintain smooth operations Support upselling initiatives and promotional campaigns Ensure all areas remain organized, safe, and visually appealing What We Are Looking For Positive, high energy personality Strong communication skills Ability to work well within a team Comfortable speaking with customers confidently Detail oriented with pride in keeping areas clean and organized Sales confidence is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to move safely in a wet and fast paced environment What We Offer Paid training Recurring commission Performance incentives Up to $1,000 hiring bonus full time Up to $500 hiring bonus part time Growth opportunities into leadership roles Potential profit sharing for entrepreneurial minded candidates
