Bilingual Insurance Service Representative (License Preferred)

Position Overview In this role, you will work with an existing book of business , assisting clients with their policies, answering questions, and ensuring they have the coverage they need. This is a service-focused position —not a cold-calling or high-pressure sales role. Your primary focus will be customer support, retention, and relationship management, while naturally identifying opportunities to better protect clients when appropriate. Key Responsibilities Service existing client accounts (policy changes, billing support, endorsements, renewals) Respond to inbound calls, emails, and client requests with professionalism and care Conduct coverage reviews to ensure clients understand their policies Assist with retention efforts, including remarketing and saving policies at risk Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in agency systems Follow clear processes and workflows to ensure consistency and compliance Communicate effectively with both English
