What started as a small two-bay gas station has grown into a trusted local shop with two locations, a loyal customer base, and a reputation built on honesty and dependable service. For nearly five decades customers have trusted this team with their vehicles because they know they'll get straightforward answers, quality work, and people who genuinely care about doing the right thing. We are looking for a Service Advisor who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and being part of a steady, professional shop where customers come back year after year. Pay $70,000 - $90,000 per year depending on experience Performance bonuses based on hours billed and gross profit Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM No weekends Benefits Health insurance with 80 percent employer contribution up to $500 per month IRA retirement plan with 3 percent company match Paid holidays (7 per year) Paid time off The Shop Environment Clean, organized shop with floor heat and air conditioning Seven service bays Steady workflow with loyal returning customers General automotive repair with a strong transmission specialty The Team 3 automotive technicians 2 transmission technicians 2 advisors and a foreman Average employee tenure around 12 years This is a shop where people tend to stay because the work is steady, the schedule is consistent, and the team respects each other. What You'll Do Communicate with customers about their vehicle concerns and needs Review inspections and repair recommendations with technicians Present repair options clearly and honestly so customers can make informed decisions Keep customers updated throughout the repair process Help maintain an organized workflow and schedule Build long-term relationships with customers Tools and Technology Protractor shop management system iPads and phones for communication Mitchell and Identifix resources Technical support lines and diagnostic databases Digital vehicle inspections currently being implemented What We're Looking For Someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers Strong communication and listening skills Organized and detail oriented Able to manage multiple conversations and tasks throughout the day Experience as a service advisor is preferred Why This Shop Nearly 50 years serving the community Owner operated with a strong local reputation Steady hours with no weekends Clean, comfortable facility A loyal customer base that values honest advice If you're looking for a place where you can build relationships with customers, work with a solid team, and be part of a shop that's been trusted for generations, this could be a great fit, let's chat!
