Job Description
What You'll Do Answer incoming calls and provide friendly customer support Schedule service appointments, deliveries, and pickups List carts for sale (photos, descriptions, posting) Manage social media posts and basic marketing tasks Handle customer intake for service and sales Assist with paperwork — receipts, titles, warranty forms Run parts errands and help keep the shop organized Help with deliveries (local, light-duty) Support the owner and techs with day‑to‑day operations You don't need golf cart experience — we'll train you. Customer service experience is a plus.•Who We're Looking For Someone who is: Friendly, patient, and great with customers Organized and able to juggle multiple tasks Comfortable with phones, scheduling, and basic computer work Willing to learn and grow Dependable — shows up, follows through, communicates A team player who wants to be part of something bigger If you enjoy helping people and keeping things running smoothly, this job is for you.•Schedule Full‑time, consistent hours Saturdays during busy season No late nights Slow season work is lighter but still steady (shop organization, marketing prep, etc.)
