The Opportunity We're looking for a detail-oriented, professional individual to join our team as a Client Service Specialist. This is a career-track role with full training provided, including assistance in obtaining your Property & Casualty license. This position is ideal for someone with office or administrative experience who wants to build a long-term career in insurance, client service, or account management. What You'll Do Support and manage a portfolio of personal insurance clients Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and coverage questions Communicate with insurance carriers and underwriters Process endorsements, new policies, and service requests Maintain accurate client records in our agency system Work closely with the team to ensure a high level of service and retention No Insurance Experience? No Problem. We will provide training and cover the cost of licensing for the right candidate.
