SCHEDULE

•Five day work week •

Opening Shift:

Monday - Friday 7:00A-4:00P with one day off during the week, rotate Saturdays 8:00A-3:30P, Sundays closed

Closing Shift:

Monday - Friday 8:30A-5:30P with one day off during the week, rotate Saturdays 8:00A-3:30P, Sundays closed

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet customers promptly in a friendly manner Obtain customer and vehicle information Provide excellent customer service to all customers Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer Establish follow up time Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and updating customers frequently Explain all completed work and charges to customers
