5 days per week Job Overview TML Deals is seeking a dependable and customer-focused individual to join our team as Customer Service Associate. This position plays an important role in assisting customers during auction pickup and checkout while helping maintain smooth communication between the front counter and warehouse team. This role is ideal for applicants who enjoy working with people, communicating within a team environment, and staying organized in a fast-paced workplace. Employees in this position will assist customers with invoice processing, payment checkout, customer questions, and coordinating item pickups using company systems and internal communication procedures. No prior auction experience is required. Training will be provided for all company systems, checkout procedures, and operational workflows. Prior experience with customer service is highly preferred. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner Process customer payments and auction pickups using company computer systems and POS systems Verify customer invoices, payment status, and pickup information Maintain accurate checkout, invoice verification, and payment processing procedures Maintain accuracy with receipts, transaction records, and customer documentation Communicate with warehouse team members to coordinate item retrieval and customer orders Assist customers with basic questions regarding invoices, pickups, and auction procedures Address customer concerns professionally and escalate more complex issues to management when necessary Follow company policies, operational procedures, and customer service standards Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional front counter/showroom environment Work closely with team members during busy operational periods Assist with additional customer service or operational support tasks as assigned Qualifications Prior customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills and willingness to learn company systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment during busy hours Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Willingness to learn, adapt, and follow company procedures Ability to stand and remain productive throughout scheduled shifts Ability to occasionally lift and move items up to 25 pounds Work Environment Fast-paced customer and warehouse environment Team-oriented position with daily communication between departments Hands-on training provided for all systems and procedures Why This Role Matters Our Customer Service Associates help create a positive customer experience while ensuring auction pickups and payments are processed accurately and efficiently. Pay:
