Cash Service Representative

What You'll Do As a Cash Services Representative, you will: Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service to members Process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactions Assist members with account questions and solutions Balance cash drawer and maintain transaction accuracy Promote credit union products and services that benefit members Help create a welcoming and positive branch experience Work closely with teammates in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Education/Experience 3 - 6 Months Cash handling experience High school diploma Training Requirements Annual Compliance Requirements Work Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of what a Team Member encounters while performing the essential functions of this role.
