In this role, you'll be the friendly face at the checkout counter, ensuring smooth transactions while providing exceptional service. Your energy and communication skills will help build customer loyalty and promote our products through engaging interactions and upselling opportunities. Whether assisting with product demos, managing stock, or handling transactions, you'll play a vital part in delivering a positive shopping & dining environment that keeps customers coming back. Responsibilities Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process sales accurately and quickly Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments with precision and attention to detail Assist with merchandising, stocking shelves, and organizing displays to maintain an attractive store environment Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting remote customers Upsell complementary products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales, dining, or cashiering preferred; supervisory experience is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately during checkout and inventory tasks Experience in grocery store, dining, or similar retail environments settings is advantageous Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service with a friendly, professional attitude Knowledge of merchandising, stocking techniques, and product demos is desirable Expected Shifts Full and part-time opportunities available Schedule hours available Monday-Friday 10:30a-7:30p; Saturday-Sunday 10:30a-4p Join us and bring your vibrant energy to a role that values proactive service, teamwork, and a passion for changing lives!
