Client Service Representative (Veterinary Receptionist)Join a Team That Truly Cares — About Pets and People Are you an experienced customer service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves working with animals and people alike? We're looking for a compassionate, organized, and dependable Client Service Representative to become the welcoming face of our veterinary clinic. At our practice, client experience matters just as much as patient care. What You'll Do As a Client Service Representative, you will play a vital role in keeping our clinic running smoothly while delivering exceptional service and support to clients and patients.
Responsibilities Include:
Warmly greeting clients and pets in person and over the phone Scheduling appointments, surgeries, and consultations efficiently Managing patient check-ins and check-outs Answering client questions and providing basic pet care information Processing invoices, payments, and financial transactions Maintaining accurate medical records and client information Communicating prescription refill requests to doctors promptly Assisting veterinary staff with administrative support Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Handling client concerns professionally and compassionately Supporting the team during busy periods and emergencies
What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented attitude Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn veterinary software systems Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous veterinary reception or veterinary customer service experience Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures Experience with electronic medical records systems
Additional Requirements:
Fear Free Certification within 90 days of employment
RECOVER CPR
