Job Description

  • JOB SUMMARY
  • To function as the primary contact of customers/ dealers through close coordination with relevant Neovia departments and other entities in order to ensure desired results are delivered
  • JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • + Maintains constant communication with dealers, Neovia departments, and client in order to ensure orders are delivered to customers as per agreed service level agreements + Handles customer emails by responding within the agreed allotted time + Manage calls by aiming first - call resolution, otherwise, issues raised are resolved within the agreed specific period + Utilizes different systems through data entry and relevant information download to ensure updated and accurate data source for client, dealers, and Neovia users.
+ Ensures smooth handling of different types of customer orders by processing them from order drop until order delivery confirmation + Generates reports as required by client or management + Handles claims raised by customers through investigation and coordination with relevant parties while ensuring applicable policies or standards are adhered to + Other duties as assigned.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
  • + High school or Associate's Degree from an accredited College or University or equivalent.
+ 1-3 years' relevant experience. + Ability to read/write and interpret documents.
Preferred:
+ Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University or equivalent. + Warehouse experience. + Logistics experience.
  • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • + Requires frequent walking, carrying, reaching, standing, and stooping. + Requires lifting/lowering, pushing, or pulling of various items of varying weight.

  • + Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
