What You'll Do:

The Customer Service Representative communicates with customers in order to service their product receiving, storing, shipping, and quality needs and requirements. In this role, you will also interact with carriers, drivers, vendors, and contractors. You can advance your skillset and build relationships with outside vendors and customers. You will be entering orders, filing, answering phone, faxing and performing all clerical duties. Other duties as assigned.

Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment. Exposure to high volume orders. Exposure to an industrial or manufacturing environment.
