This is a support focused role-no sales-ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers and working in a fast paced insurance environment. Key Responsibilities Provide customer support primarily over the phone, with occasional face to face interaction Communicate with customers in both Spanish and English Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs) Process customer payments Submit and manage proof of insurance forms Support commercial insurance accounts with accuracy and professionalism Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish and English (required) Previous customer service experience, preferably in an insurance agency Experience with commercial insurance lines strongly preferred Comfortable speaking with customers and handling detailed documentation Strong computer skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Open to obtaining an insurance license if not already licensed

Pay Details:
