What You'll Do (High-Level) As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the main point of contact for your territory—supporting dealers, customers, and field sales from first question through final resolution. You won't just pass along information—you'll own the answer, guide the process, and make things easier for the customer every step of the way. Skills & Strengths Problem Solving Able to assess situations, identify root causes, and move quickly toward solutions Communication Clear, friendly, and confident written and verbal communication Balances empathy with efficiency Team Mindset Supportive, positive, and collaborative approach Embraces "we" over "I" and contributes to a unified customer experience Technical Skills Proficient in HubSpot for managing customer communication and tracking activity Comfortable using Microsoft Office and Outlook Open to learning new tools and adapting to change Ownership & Initiative Strong follow-up habits and attention to detail Takes initiative to improve processes and customer outcomes What You'll Bring Previous customer service experience preferred Basic computer skills required (HubSpot experience a plus) Ability to work onsite in Jasper, IN Why JSI We're a team that values ownership, collaboration, and making things happen for our customers.
