This position also supports our parts department, helping streamline operations and deliver a seamless customer experience.

Position Summary:

The Service Writer / Parts Associate plays a dual role in ensuring our service department runs smoothly while also assisting with parts inventory, orders, and customer inquiries. This is a key position that bridges the gap between service and parts to provide outstanding support to technicians, service advisors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Service Department:

Assist the other Service Writer with daily operations, scheduling, and customer communications Coordinate repair orders, monitor job progress, and ensure timely completion Process warranty claims Help manage service technicians when needed, promoting efficiency and accountability Handle customer inquiries, updates, and concerns professionally

Parts Department:

Assist with parts ordering, receiving, stocking, and inventory control Help technicians source parts accurately and efficiently Work with customers to identify and order correct parts Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked parts area Additional duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

Previous experience in service or parts Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Basic computer skills and familiarity with service/parts management software Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years in a service advisor or parts counter role

Knowledge of RV's Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
