Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our automotive team! In this energetic role, you will serve as the vital link between our valued customers and our skilled technicians, ensuring a seamless and positive service experience. Duties Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their vehicle concerns, and accurately document service requests. Provide detailed explanations of necessary repairs and maintenance, including oil changes, brake repairs, tire services, transmissions, suspension work, alignments, and diesel engine repairs. Upsell additional services and maintenance options that enhance vehicle performance and safety while meeting customer needs. Prepare accurate auto estimates using service writing software; communicate repair timelines clearly to customers. Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs, track progress, and ensure timely completion of services. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and promote ongoing automotive care. Qualifications Proven dealership experience or background in auto service management is highly preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in automotive diagnostics, repair procedures, and vehicle maintenance. Preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with auto estimating software and service writing processes.

Ability to communicate technical information clearly to customers of varying knowledge levels. Customer service skills combined with a sales-oriented mindset to promote automotive services effectively. Knowledge of mechanic experience or automotive repair procedures is a plus. $53,255.57 - $64,135.75 per year
