At CAP Productions, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality service to our clients and customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. This role is integral in establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers. It is important to note that this position requires active engagement with both team members and customers daily. Candidates must be prepared to deliver outstanding service experiences. Duties and Responsibilities Work closely with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any changes in company policies. Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints efficiently and effectively. Adapt communication style to fit the personality and specific needs of customers. Process orders, forms, and requests; directing unresolved issues to the necessary parties. Accurately and authentically represents products and services offered by the company. Promote a team atmosphere and provide feedback to other departments regarding customer concerns and suggestions. Requirements Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Commitment to complete on-job training and any additional training as required. Capable of adapting to the communication style and personality of different customers. Flexibility with schedule to meet the needs of the business, including occasional weekends and evening shifts. Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a team atmosphere. Positive attitude and the ability to remain professional under pressure. Sign-on bonus ranging from $500 to $1000, contingent on performance metrics.
