ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Answer phones regarding shortages, overages, pick-ups, and orders Key in credits and pick-ups. Maintains retails, customizations, item replacements, shelf tags, price books, etc. Authorizes and retails bookings, posters and show products.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent. Three to four years customer relations experience. Experience with computers and 10-key required. Excellent interpersonal skills. Multi-tasking and deadline driven preferred.
