Permanent, Full-time Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions
  • Maintain customer records and update information as needed
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to better serve customers
Experience:
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus, not necessary.
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Familiarity with retail sales processes and techniques is beneficial
  • Property and Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance license is required.
