We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers, handling transactions, and assisting with various retail tasks. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.Duties:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Assist customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and offer recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
- Upsell additional products or services to customers
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create positive interactions
- Experience handling cash and operating cash registers or POS systems
- Basic math skills for calculating totals, providing change, and reconciling transactions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
