Job Description

Customer Service / Office Assistant 3030 Autosport is a performance wheel manufacturer located in Terre Haute, IN. We manufacture custom performance wheels sold nationwide. We are seeking a friendly, professional person to handle general office tasks and assist the owners of the company. Duties include but are not limited to: Answering phones in a friendly and professional manner Entering Invoices Processing received orders based on packing slips Processing credit cards Entering FedEx shipments Email communication with customers and vendors Sorting and distributing mail Filing Generating Expense reports Basic procurement Scheduling meetings / calls with customers and dealers
Job Requirements:
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications. Word, Excel, Outlook are mainly used Experience with
MRP / ERP
software a definite plus Minimum 2 consecutive years experience in an office environment Friendly, positive and confident personality Minimum 2 years experience with data entry Must be willing to run out for occasional local tasks Excellent communication skills Excellent follow up skills This is position is open for full or part time between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday with a flexible schedule.
