Job Description

Service Advisor - Academy CDJR (Tipton, IN) Chariot Automotive Group is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Academy CDJR in Tipton, Indiana. If you have experience with Stellantis brands (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) and thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.
What You'll Do:
Greet customers promptly and provide a professional, positive service experience Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair orders Recommend maintenance and repairs based on vehicle needs Communicate clearly with technicians and customers throughout the repair process Provide accurate estimates, timelines, and follow-up Ensure all work is completed to customer satisfaction Help drive customer retention and high CSI scores
What We're Looking For:
Automotive service advisor experience preferred (CDJR experience a strong plus) Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to upsell maintenance and services in a professional, ethical manner Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with dealership systems (CDK experience a plus) Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
