With a total process time of 30 seconds or less, Black Widow captures consistent high-quality imaging, without human interference, reducing labor costs while increasing the efficiency of capture and use of the images. The software's instant uploading capabilities allow dealers and auctions to faster market their inventories.

www.blackwidowimaging.com Job Overview As a Black Widow Imaging Customer Support Technician , you will communicate with clients daily solving product support related issues. You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems primarily over the phone. You will be asked to solve basic and moderately complex service tickets submitted by business clients. All work will be performed through our service desk ticketing system where you will create, update, work, and resolve all support tickets. Overtime, you will build positive working relationships with the personnel using our systems. In addition to handling support tickets, you will also Audit customer accounts Assemble and configure hardware Assist with product and R&D team Providing product feedback to help improve product Assisting with creating and updating our customer facing and internal documentation for common support issues and known fixes common support issues and known fixes Travel as needed to assist with installation and in field support What We Look For In a Team Member Positive attitude and outlook Friendly and personable Excellent communication and listening skills General business acumen that allows you to understand priorities and client risk Excellent attention to detail and issue documentation skills Highly collaborative, team player mindset Dedication to delivering quality solutions Willing to take on any job as required Ability to work independently Someone who is always wanting to learn and improve their skills Required Experience and Skillsets Minimum of two years of experience in an IT service role supporting Windows and Linux computers systems, TCP/IP Networks Network Certification or related certification / training Ability to manage and prioritize multiple clients simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to learn new things Experience using word processing and spreadsheet software Job Requirements Valid driver's license Ability to work between the hours of 9am to 6pm ET (may be adjusted based on business need) Ability to provide after hours on-call support once a month for a week About Us Black Widow Imaging builds and provides automated photography systems for businesses that build, sell, service, store, lease, or buy large valuable assets.
