Augusta, KS 67010
Schedule:
Part-Time every other weekend

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Associate plays a key role in the daily operations of the facility by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting both residents and staff. This position also provides clerical support, assists with payroll data entry, and serves as a backup for building administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet all visitors, residents, agencies, and associates warmly and courteously Answer and direct incoming calls; take and deliver messages as needed Prepare and mail newsletters and introductory materials Perform general administrative tasks: typing, faxing, copying, filing, accepting packages, and preparing mailings. Perform other duties as assigned by the Executive Director/Administrator.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a receptionist, host/hostess, or administrative role preferred. Ability to interact tactfully with residents, families, staff, and the public Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
