Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Communicate with the team in the field and office
- Book appointments, assign team members to jobs, conduct debriefs after completion
- Use customer relationship management software for estimates, invoices & scheduling
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with customers, provide additional information, collect feedback, or create new appointments
- Maintain job call board
- Maintain data logs, tracking, update spreadsheets, send letters, file documents
- Open/Close the building
- Clean and maintain the office space
- May need to field calls from home after hours
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
