is looking for a friendly, customer focused representative to help grow our business. We hire personality first, skills second because we can train the job skills, but we can't teach enthusiasm! What You'll Do Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and project updates Accurately process transactions using our POS system Share product knowledge and make thoughtful recommendations Promote additional products and services when appropriate Use CRM software to manage customer relationships and email lists Help monitor and update social media accounts What We're Looking For Preferre d (but not required): Associate's or Bachelor's degree Sales experience Familiarity with social media platforms Experience using CRM software Interest or experience in design Benefits On-the-job training Paid time off, sick leave, holidays off Supportive team environment Retirement Plan Supplemental Insurance Plans Schedule Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm Requirements 1 year of customer service experience (required) Clean driving record Kansas Driver's License (preferred) About us As part of our vibrant team, you'll play a crucial role in enriching the lives of our customers through exceptional service.
