Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management tasks to ensure a smooth and professional environment. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a welcoming atmosphere for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and attended to promptly Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally using proper phone etiquette Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with clarity and professionalism Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and manage document proofreading for accuracy Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software Assist with clerical duties including typing, photocopying, faxing, and managing office supplies inventory Provide excellent customer support by responding to questions and resolving issues in a courteous manner Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant platforms to streamline daily operations Experience Prior office experience or administrative experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Proven customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management software such as QuickBooks is advantageous Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in proofreading, data entry, filing, and calendar management Demonstrated proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel), and basic bookkeeping tools Excellent phone etiquette and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively •
PAY WILL BE BASED ON EXPERIENCE
Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
