Job Description

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is part-time, covering our Syracuse office in the morning hours from 8 am to 12 pm MT. In this role, you will interact directly with customers to provide information about products and services, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Communicate with customers via phone and in person to provide product and service information Accurately document customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions Resolve service or billing issues by processing exchanges, refunds, and billing adjustments Complete service-related documentation such as contracts, address changes, and service orders Utilize computer systems to process and maintain customer account information Build positive relationships with customers and team members Maintain professionalism and uphold company service standards Qualifications Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED required 1-2 years of related customer service experience or an associate's degree preferred Core Competencies Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence Effective problem-solving abilities Ability to remain calm and patient in high-pressure situations Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Dependable, ethical, and trustworthy Skills & Requirements Proficiency with computers and common software applications Ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies Knowledge (or willingness to learn) company products such as telephone, cable/streaming, internet, and wireless services Valid driver's license required Why Join Us?
