Customer Service Representative /Floater

We have a •new opportunity• for a professional service representative with a "can-do" attitude! Banking experience is required to fulfill the responsibilities of this position. The 'floating' Customer Service Rep will be based at our main branch in north Topeka and support other branches as coverage due to scheduled and unscheduled absences. This position plays a vital role in upholding our high service standards when filling in at various branches. If you love meeting new people and enjoy a job with a change of environment, this may be a good fit! The Customer Service Representative (CSR) fills a critical role in educating customers and potential customers on the products and services available, often discussing and opening new accounts. By being a good listener and asking specific questions, the CSR can determine what individuals and businesses are looking for in their banking relationship and recommend solutions. The CSR will also assist as a teller when needed and proactively seek new business through referrals and recommendations. •Bilingual a plus!
