11am-8pm M-F, Rotating Saturdays (11am-3pm, approx. once a month, can be traded)
Training Class Start Date:
07/06/2026- Training hours 9am- 5pm

JOB PURPOSE
: As a Customer Service Agent , you will spend the majority of your day answering inbound and outbound phone calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. You'll assist customers with applications, inquiries, and concerns while delivering exceptional service and maintaining a high level of accuracy and care.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer calls each day. Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and document interactions in the customer management system. Interpret customer inquiries and apply appropriate internal processes to meet customer needs. Communicate clearly, effectively, and with empathy to ensure a positive customer experience. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints with a sense of urgency and professionalism. Prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced call center environment. Maintain composure and flexibility under pressure while upholding company standards. Process applications, forms, and account updates accurately during or after customer calls. Perform customer verifications and assist in setting up or maintaining customer accounts. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to management as needed. Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive customer information.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent required General knowledge of administrative procedures Ability to easily type and navigate computer applications Ability to sit for extended periods of time Ability to view a computer screen for long periods of time Ability to wear a headset for long periods of time Ability to adhere to set break schedules Ability to comprehend and process multiple requests independently Ability to reiterate requests, processes, and resolutions back to the customer Native Spanish and English proficiency preferred but not required
