Home Care Support Services Schedule:
Day Shift | Full Time, 40 hours weekly, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm Via Christi associates are eligible for tuition discounts and priority placement in select healthcare programs through our academic partnership with Wichita State University. How you'll make an impact in this role: Deliver exceptional customer support by resolving inquiries and technical issues with precision. Empower patients through comprehensive orientation and education on medical equipment and maintenance. Leverage advanced tracking systems to streamline information gathering and troubleshooting processes. Collaborate with healthcare teams at Ascension Via Christi to provide personalized home medical solutions. Ensure safety and compliance by maintaining meticulous records and guiding families on home care equipment usage. What minimum qualifications you'll need:
Education:
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Note:
Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable. What additional requirements you'll need: Rotating on-call within 3-6 months on Saturday and Sunday 8am-5pm Experience in Home Care Medical Services and/or Durable Medical Equipment a plus Life at
