Onsite Duration:
3 - 6 months, must be able to start on July 6th Pay rate: $20-22/hour W2 Only, client does not allow C2C Job summary: The Customer Support Associate provides operational and administrative support for facility-related service requests by receiving requests, coordinating work order activity, and assisting with service delivery through internal systems and service provider networks. This role supports the management of the work order lifecycle by reviewing incoming requests, creating and updating work orders to help ensure service needs are addressed in a timely manner.
Required skills:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, operations support, service coordination, or customer service roles. Experience using work order management systems or ticketing platforms preferred. Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple requests. Proficiency with email platforms and standard office software. Ability to learn and utilize internal systems and technology platforms. Please send resume ASAP.
