Job Summary As a Customer Support Representative you'll be the key point of contact for customers. You'll answer any questions, queries and concerns all while being the face of the company! Your role ensures that all customers feel informed, supported, and excited while learning about our Client. Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers face to face providing friendly support
• Proactively identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, upgrades, or solutions
• Handle inquiries related to pricing and general information
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through excellent service and persuasive communication
