Telecommunications Representative

Looking to build real telecom experience while working directly with customers? Prime Citadel is growing in the greater Lexington area, and hiring Telecommunications Representatives to join our team. In this full-time, customer-facing role, you'll represent Kinetic and help customers upgrade to high-speed fiber internet through professional and strong customer service. As a Telecommunications Representative, you'll meet directly with customers, present fiber internet solutions, and guide them through the enrollment process. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people in a face to face environment, building relationships, and developing real customer service skills in a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct direct presentations for Kinetic services with customers in person Deliver clear, solution-focused customer service to new customers in order to drive enrollments Identify customer needs and recommend the right internet packages Process enrollments and maintain accurate customer records Track enrollment performance and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction Represent Prime Citadel professionally in every customer interaction

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and customer service skills Interest in working directly with customers Motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset Previous telecommunications representative or customer service experience is a plus (not required)

Full-time (40 hours per week + occasional weekends with major holidays off)

Job Location:

Telecommunications Representatives are required to come to our office and go out assigned territories within the Lexington, KY area.
