Support client services by providing tailored solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint. Manage cash handling procedures accurately when processing payments or refunds. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and share insights for continuous improvement. Skills Multilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse clientele effectively. Strong sales aptitude with the ability to upsell or cross-sell products confidently. Bilingual proficiency in English and another language enhances communication with a broader customer base. "Preferred but not required" Proven experience in customer support roles is preferred. Demonstrated outbound calling experience with effective call etiquette and analysis skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in cash handling, typing, and documentation.
