Iron Ember Partners is actively hiring a full-time Customer Support Representative in Louisville, KY. We are looking for motivated individuals who are confident in communicating with customers, enjoy working in a team-focused environment, and are ready to build long-term professional experience. As a Customer Support Representative, you will work directly with customers to provide account assistance, answer questions, and support daily customer interactions. The ideal Customer Support Representative is professional, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment where customer experience and communication matter. Customer Support Representative:
Assist customers with account support and service information Maintain professional communication during all customer interactions Help resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner Support daily team goals and overall office performance Learn client systems, promotions, and service offerings Work closely with leadership and fellow Customer Support Representative team members Track customer interactions and maintain accurate information Contribute to customer retention and overall Sales support initiatives
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional attitude and reliable work ethic Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Comfortable speaking directly with customers Team-oriented mindset Previous customer service or Sales experience is a plus, but not required High school diploma or equivalent preferred
