We operate two Northern Kentucky hospitals and a fleet of mobile wellness vehicles serving the Greater Cincinnati area.

About the Role We are seeking a customer-focused and dependable Call Center Representative to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for our clients. Team members assist with scheduling, answering questions, resolving concerns, and helping guide clients through their pets' care needs across medical, grooming, and preventative services. The right candidate is organized, calm under pressure, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift throughout the day. This role requires flexibility in scheduling across our full range of operating hours as well as the ability to float between our hospital locations (all within a 15-mile radius). Schedules vary based on business needs and are not fixed week to week. This position requires consistent availability- not compatible with an in-person school schedule or long-term schedule restrictions. What Success Looks Like Successful team members in this role: Communicate clearly, calmly, and professionally on every call Make clients feel heard, supported, and cared for Stay organized while handling multiple tasks and systems Accurately schedule and document appointments and requests Handle high call volume without becoming overwhelmed Work well with clinical and support teams to ensure smooth communication Maintain a positive, steady presence even during difficult conversations Requirements Responsibilities Answer calls and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records Provide guidance on services, preventative care, grooming, and general pet health needs Relay messages between clients and veterinary teams to ensure timely communication Handle client questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism Support efficient appointment flow and daily operations Educate clients on products, services, and recommended care Qualifications Previous experience in call center, customer service, reception, or sales preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using computer systems and databases Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Veterinary knowledge, medical terminology, or sales experience is a plus Includes some evenings and weekends Benefits Compensation & Benefits $1,500 Onboarding Bonus $500 on first paycheck $500 after training completion $500 six months after training Pay $16.00-$17.00 per hour Benefits Free in-house veterinary services for your own pet(s) At-cost third-party veterinary services and products Paid vacation and holidays Health, dental, vision, supplemental, and life insurance Short-term (company paid) and long-term disability Paid Maternity Retirement benefits Uniform and shoe benefits If you are calm, organized, and committed to helping clients and their pets receive great care, we'd love to hear from you.
