Job Description

Position Summary The Customer Support Technician provides technical support to customers by phone and email. This position is responsible for troubleshooting customer issues, processing and performing warranty-related repairs, documenting customer interactions, and ensuring timely resolution of technical concerns. The Customer Support Technician serves as a key resource for product support, installation assistance, and warranty service. Essential Functions Document and answer technical calls related to product installation, troubleshooting, and sales support. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner. Troubleshoot customer issues and provide technical solutions. Document customer concerns, warranty claims, repairs, and service activities. Perform diagnostic testing and warranty-related repairs on returned products. Inspect and test repaired products to ensure proper operation and quality standards. Coordinate warranty service processes and communicate repair status updates to customers. Assist customers with product operation, installation, and maintenance procedures. Maintain accurate customer records and service documentation. Participate in trade shows, customer training sessions, and installation support as needed. Follow all company safety procedures and regulations. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour
