Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Property & Casualty Insurance Sales professional for a direct hire opportunity in the Bossier City, LA and Shreveport area. This role is ideal for someone who is currently P&C licensed or actively interested in obtaining a Property & Casualty license and building a long-term career in the insurance industry. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and service existing customer accounts with professionalism and accuracy.
- Review client policies to identify coverage needs, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide recommendations and insurance solutions based on client goals and risk needs.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships through responsive service and follow-up.
- Assist with policy updates, renewals, documentation, and general customer inquiries.
