Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Property & Casualty Insurance Sales professional for a direct hire opportunity in the Bossier City, LA and Shreveport area. This role is ideal for someone who is currently P&C licensed or actively interested in obtaining a Property & Casualty license and building a long-term career in the insurance industry. This opportunity offers a professional, growth-focused environment with supportive leadership, strong client relationships, and the chance to develop valuable insurance sales and account service experience. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with customers, reviewing coverage needs, providing thoughtful recommendations, and helping clients protect what matters most. This is a strong fit for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who wants stability, career growth, and the opportunity to earn commission while working with an established insurance agency team. Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and service existing customer accounts with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Review client policies to identify coverage needs, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide recommendations and insurance solutions based on client goals and risk needs.
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships through responsive service and follow-up.
  • Assist with policy updates, renewals, documentation, and general customer inquiries.
  • Support new business development through consultative insurance sales conversations. Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary:
    $37,400 per year.
  • Commission opportunities available upon hire.
  • Direct hire opportunity.
