ChicBlue Insurance Agency LLC dba Shannon Kuhn Insurance in Covington, Louisiana, is looking for a detail-oriented, professional, and friendly individual to join our team Full-Time as an Administrative Assistant/Customer Service. We are a busy insurance office and you will be our amazing client's first point of contact. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service, and we know that with your positive attitude and welcoming demeanor, you will be the perfect fit for this role.
Salary Range:

Ability to identify and solve problems, think critically, and make decisions quickly. Responsibilities Greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner. Document each customer contact in eAgent. Answer incoming calls Take payments from customers. Verify and update customer information. Return all phone messages promptly. Provide exceptional customer service and support. Be outstanding at relationship building. Develop and maintain client relationships. Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe. Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
