Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering product recommendations, and assisting with product demos Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods with precision and integrity Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to enhance the shopping experience Upsell products by highlighting features and benefits to increase sales opportunities Assist in stocking shelves, organizing inventory, and ensuring the store remains clean and inviting Use effective communication skills to address customer inquiries via phone etiquette or in person Requirements Previous cashiering or retail sales experience preferred; supervisory experience a plus Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for accurate cash handling Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately Experience with grocery store operations or merchandising is beneficial Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional phone etiquette Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours as needed Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding service, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and want to grow your retail career!
